CYAA Chargers Flag Football

Clay Youth Athletic Association is proud to offer 5 vs 5 Flag Football, in affiliation with NXG, (NextGen Athletics Inc). CYAA is committed to bringing a high energy and impactful sports experience. We have partnered with NXG Flag  Football to provide uniforms, flag belts, and other NXG  branded equipment.  This league will teach kids the basics of football, while offering a low-risk alternative to tackle. Kids will learn fundamental offensive and defensive techniques as well as the values of hard work, goal setting, perseverance, and sportsmanship. 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

What is Flag Football @ CYAA?

• For boys and girls 
• Ages 6U,8U,10U,12U & 14U
• 5-on-5 co-ed play
• Teams are between 8 and 10 players
• Games are two 20 minute halves with a five minute halftime

How Much is Flag Football @ CYAA?

• NON REFUNDABLE Registration Fee: $165.00 per participant
• Registration Includes: NXG Team Uniform & Flags

When is Flag Football @ CYAA?

• Practice Days: TBD ( One day per week)
• Evaluations: 12/29/26
• Practices Begin: 1/4/27
• Opening Day:  1/23/27
• Last Game: 2/20/27
• Championship 2/27/27
• Games will be played Saturdays

• Practice Location: Plantation Sports Complex

How can I volunteer to be a coach?

• All coaches are required to complete a background check and must be issued a badge for eligibility to volunteer with our youth players
• IF you do not have a valid badge, please send an email to info@cyaa-chargers.com

What about refunds?

Our 2027 Flag Football program consist of multiple NXG team uniforms. NXG Flags included with Uniform. Rubber cleats  may be any color.

Follow these instructions carefully:

• Click Player Portal.
• Click Player Registration.
• Select 2027 Flag Football from the dropdown menu.
• Select your player’s age group and enter the CAPTCHA code displayed.
• Enter your player’s first name, last name, and date of birth.
• Complete all requested player registration information.
• Enter your player’s ethnicity information.
• Complete the uniform information.
• Enter your player’s physician information.
• Complete the emergency contact information.
• Enter guardian information, if applicable. If not applicable, skip this section.
• Carefully review and verify that all information is correct.
• Click Submit Registration.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please ensure your player’s name and date of birth match their birth certificate exactly to avoid registration issues.

💳 STEP 2: SUBMIT REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Once you have successfully submitted your player’s registration, please complete the $165 registration payment using the secure payment link below.
